Booking:

All services should be booked through Global Union Express Travel & Tour Co., Ltd. Please book at your earliest convenience.

Tour Prices:
 

The tour costs are in United States Dollar (US$).

• Include in the tour costs are transfers and sightseeing in air-conditioned car, accommodation (Twin-shared basis), entrance fees, domestic airfares and all meals and services as shown in each itinerary.

• Not included in the tour prices are international air tickets, visa fees, airport tax, all insurance, other tours and meals not mentioned in the program and personal expenses such as drinks, tips, souvenirs, gratuity, laundry, phone, fax and e-mails, internet etc.

Payment Policy:

A deposit of 50% of the cost of tour is necessary to secure the deal at the time of booking and the rest of payment is required to be settled on the day of arrival.

Refund Policy:

It will be non-refundable which the entire prepaid or cashed price including service charges based on the non- consuming of the customers after commencement of travel.

Cancellation Policy:

The cancellation is not recognized if not received by mail or fax.

• 30 to 15 days prior to arrival: 10% of tour cost

• 14 to 3 days prior to arrival: 20% of tour cost

• 2 to 1 day prior to arrival: 30% of tour cost

• On arrival: 40% of tour cost

Responsibilities & Conditions:

Global Union Express Travel & Tour Co., Ltd. acts as intermediary between the concerned airlines, hotels, railway services, bus operators, cruise liners, car rental services, and any of government or private sector transportation providers and assures no liability or property, delays, transport failures, strikes, war, etc. It may substitute transportation any other means of transportation when necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, severe weather, civil disturbance, vehicles or industrial disputes and acts of God beyond their control must be borne by the tourists. However, Global Union Express Travel & Tour Co., Ltd. will always make full effort to deliver the quality service according to original tour programs and arrangements.

Entry Visa:

Visa is required and obtainable at any Myanmar Embassy or Consulate abroad with a confirmation of travel arrangements from Global Union Express Travel & Tour Co., Ltd. Entry Visa for Tourist (EVT) is valid for 28 days.

To all future visitors to Myanmar, we would like to bring to your attention that involvement in the internal politics of the country will not be tolerated. We strongly recommended that: prostitution, pedophilia, drug dealing and other negative behaviors which are serious offences to the traditional, ethical and moral values of the country should not be practiced!!!
